Counseling Built for real life.
Whether you're dealing with burnout, anxiety, trauma or the weight of a high-stress profession, individual counseling at ForestView is built for people who need more
than surface-level conversation. We use clinical, practical work that fits your
reality and gets your capacity for work and life back on track.
Individual counseling at ForestView is collaborative and focused on real change. We’ll set clear goals together, use evidence-based tools, and build your capacity to handle both work and life—not just talk about your week.
Burnout builds quietly until you're running on empty. At ForestView, we address burnout at the root—restoring your capacity to function without overhauling your entire life. This isn't about pushing through; it's about recovery.
Major events or years of accumulated stress and trauma can lock your nervous system in survival mode. We use tools like EMDR and CPT to process what's stuck so that you can work to build your capacity to handle both work and life with excellence.
High-stress work puts strain on even the strongest relationships. We focus on connected communication using evidence-based approaches like EFT and the Gottman Method to help you function as a team again.
