The ForestView Philosophy

ForestView wasn't created to be another counseling practice.

It was built around a simple belief:

People deserve more than a place to talk about their lives—they deserve a place that helps them build better ones.

Everything we do is designed with that purpose in mind.

We combine evidence-based care with practical application because insight alone doesn't create change. Lasting growth happens when knowledge becomes action, and action becomes a way of living.

Whether we're working with an individual, a couple, a first responder, a leader, or an entire organization, our mission remains the same: to help people develop the skills, perspective, and resilience to thrive through life's demands.

We're not interested in temporary relief.

We're committed to lasting transformation.

We don't define people by diagnoses.

We see people through their strengths, their relationships, their values, and the life they're working to build.

Because counseling should never stop at helping someone feel better.

It should help them become better equipped for everything life asks of them.

We Are Hiring!

We’re looking for 1-2 LPCs or LCSWs who are steady, structured, and deeply caring. The ideal candidates will have training and experience utilizing evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and EMDR. You like clear plans and tools, and you’re comfortable working with people who have a lot on their plates—high achievers, busy professionals, and people facing complex challenges. You value collaboration, accountability, and kindness, and you’re excited to be part of a team that supports one another while helping clients build real, lasting change.

A Community of Support

At ForestView our practice philosophy is rooted in the belief that building capacity and growth happens within a supportive, evidence-based community. We foster an environment where clinicians and clients collaborate to reinforce progress, resilience, and lasting change through shared expertise and

human connection.
