At ForestView First Responder Wellness and Mental Health, the goal is to keep care accessible without cutting corners on quality. The work I do—whether it’s a department-funded Wellness and Resilience program, one-on-one critical incident stress debriefing, or individual mental health therapy—is meant to actually help, not add more stress to your plate. Fees are set to reflect my specialized training, experience, and focus that First Responders deserve.

Wellness & Resilience Program

The Wellness and Resilience Program is essential in First Responder departments, where daily exposure to high-stress situations as well as operational stressors can take a toll on mental, emotional and physical health. These programs provide practical tools and support to help Police, Fire, EMS, and Dispatchers manage stress, prevent burnout, and recover from stressful experiences. By prioritizing wellness and resilience, departments not only protect the well-being of their teams but also strengthen their ability to serve the community with focus, compassion, and professionalism. Mental Health Therapy

Initial Intake: $160

Therapy appointment (up to 1 hour): $150

Telehealth appointment (up to 1 hour): $150

Couples Counseling (up to 1 hour, not covered by insurance): $150

If I don't accept your insurance, you will be considered self-pay. I can provide you with a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. It is important to contact your insurance company prior to committing to self-pay so that you have full awareness of what your insurance will reimburse you for out-of-network services.
